Christopher M. McMurray is an attorney and President of McMurray Dispute Resolution, Inc. After 19 years of litigation practice covering a wide range of commercial and regulatory issues, he formed his own firm dedicated to providing mediation and arbitration services to businesses and individuals interested in an efficient and cost-effective alternative to litigation. He is certified as a Circuit Court (Civil) mediator by the Supreme Court of Virginia. He serves as a Civil Division mediator for the District of Columbia Superior Court, and as a mediator and arbitration panel chairperson for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA).

Mr. McMurray trains and mentors fellow mediators, and serves as a Peer Reviewer for fellow mediators in the DC Superior Court mediation program. In September, 2005, he traveled to Romania on a State Department contract to train Romanian attorneys and judges in mediation.

Areas in which he has served as a mediator or arbitrator include: securities, telecommunications, commercial transactions, contracts, employment, construction, and personal injury. References will be provided upon request.
